Access needs a verified email address. Signing up and signing in are the same action: entering a one-time code for an address with no account creates one.
GIGAZ serves customers who request services and gig workers who provide them. One email may hold both roles; the obligations of each apply when you act in that capacity.
Gig workers are independent providers, not employees of GIGAZ. Engagements are structured in compliance with the Malaysia Gig Workers Act 2025.
The price shown at checkout is what you pay, with fees and tax disclosed before you confirm. Funds are held and released according to the booking lifecycle shown in the app.
